Manage employee life cycle of employee across location: Capable to understand the employee life cycle from onboarding to retiral / exit processes, enable strategic approach against the processes managed and automate wherever there is scope. Interacting with people across HR function and technical team to deploy system and processes. Good knowledge on reporting and dashboard. Strong understanding on data privacy regulations.
HR Systems and Processes/Operations Management/ Deployment: Ensure HR reports are executed as per plan with minimal manual interventions or offline. Track key metrics and report adherence to KPIs and effectiveness of reporting. Identify areas of improvement in HR reporting and dashboard based on feedback from various channels as well as inputs from COE/Unit/DC/Geo HR functions. Continually review the effectiveness of existing HR reports. Need to have knowledge on reporting tools. Audits & Compliance Participate in internal and external audits. Track compliance for process managed and flag any deviations to supervisors. Implement controls and recommendations from audit based on inputs from supervisors.Skills:
