Role Overview Looking for a Software Developer who will design and build core modules for the Crescendo platform — including workflow, automation, data intelligence, integrations, and user experience layers. You will work closely with the CTO, product, and data teams and play a key role in building enterprise-grade, scalable, secure systems. Key Responsibilities Build modular, scalable services and APIs for the Crescendo platform Develop UI screens & dashboards aligned to product design Implement workflow logic, event-driven actions, and automation engines Integrate with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, LOS/LMS, support systems) Work with databases, caching, messaging queues & cloud environments Write clean, tested, and maintainable code with CI/CD practices Collaborate with product owners, designers, and QA to ship fast releases Participate in sprint planning, code reviews & architecture discussions Keep up with AI/LLM-based automation trends and contribute ideas Required Skills Technical Experience in one or more of the following: Frontend: React / Next.js Tailwind / Material UI State management (Redux / Zustand) Backend: Node.js / Python REST APIs & Microservices Webhooks, Queues, Pub-Sub architecture Authentication (JWT/OAuth2/SSO) Database & Infra: PostgreSQL/MySQL + NoSQL (Mongo/Redis) Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure preferred) Good understanding of: Async processing, concurrency API throttling, rate limiting Logging & observability tools Also (may) Kafka / RabbitMQ Familiarity with LLMs, embeddings, vector DBs BFSI domain systems (LOS/LMS/CRM) Analytics & visualization frameworks * Required Fit Strong problem-solver with a bias for action Passionate about product building & modern engineering Team player with humility & growth mindset Ability to work in fast-paced 0-1 startup environment Curious, hands-on, and detail-oriented Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Provident Fund Work Location: In person
