Our Training Division plays a key role in building skilled talent for the energy sector by offering hands on learning, real project exposure, and strong engineering fundamentals across renewable and non renewable energy domains. Role and Responsibilities Deliver practical mechanical design training using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Catia, NX and Ansys Lead hands on sessions, workshops, and lab based activities in mechanical design and energy technologies Support ongoing hydrogen fuel cell research through basic modeling, analysis, and documentation Develop structured training modules, exercises, and project based learning content for students and trainees Guide and mentor learners on engineering concepts, technical problem solving, and project execution Participate in design studies, prototype discussions, and testing support within RnD programs Collaborate with internal teams to maintain training quality, student progress, and industry readiness Preferred Candidate Profile 1 to 4 years of experience in mechanical design, CAD engineering, or technical training Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Catia, NX or Ansys Interest or exposure in hydrogen fuel cell or green energy technologies Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing young engineering talent Good communication skills and ability to simplify complex engineering topics Motivated to contribute to both training activities and applied RnD initiatives
