Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Uttar Pradesh, India, for the position of Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Hindi at JKG International School. The PGT Hindi teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons based on the prescribed curriculum, creating a supportive classroom environment, and fostering a love for the Hindi language. Other tasks include preparing lesson plans, evaluating student performance, providing constructive feedback, and actively participating in co-curricular and extracurricular activities to enhance the overall learning experience. Collaboration with other staff and adherence to the school’s learner-centric methodologies are integral to this role. Qualifications In-depth knowledge of the Hindi language, Hindi literature, and its teaching methodologies Proficiency in lesson planning, curriculum development, and delivering innovative and interactive lessons Strong skills in student assessment, performance evaluation, and providing constructive feedback Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management abilities A master's degree in Hindi or a related field, along with a B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification Experience in teaching at the senior secondary level is preferred Familiarity with the educational practices under NEP 2020 and innovative pedagogical approaches is advantageous
