Role & responsibilities Drive revenue growth and profitability through innovative and result-oriented sales strategies. Manage and expand a strong network of channel partners, brokers, and institutional clients. Spearhead direct and channel sales efforts for senior living projects. Define and execute business strategies aligned with organisational goals and market dynamics. Oversee the entire sales cyclefrom lead generation, client engagement, site visits, presentations, and negotiation to final closure. Deliver a superior customer experience while building lasting relationships with clients, including HNIs. Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and project teams to ensure seamless positioning, promotions, and execution. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer behaviour to adapt strategies proactively. Drive cost optimisation and enforce fiscal discipline across all sales and marketing operations. Preferred candidate profile 10 to 17 years of proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in senior living and luxury housing projects. Knowledge of RERA regulations, real estate sales laws, and the complete development lifecycle. Should have excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker with robust analytical, leadership, and execution capabilities.
