The Collection Executive will be responsible for ensuring timely recovery of loan EMIs and overdue payments from customers and dealers. The role requires field follow-ups, negotiation skills, and the ability to maintain professional relationships with clients while ensuring company policies are followed. Key Responsibilities: Contact customers and dealers for EMI collections and overdue payments. Conduct regular field visits for payment recovery and follow-ups. Maintain accurate records of collections and outstanding dues. Negotiate payment plans with defaulters when required. Coordinate with the accounts and operations team for payment updates. Submit daily collection reports to the Collection Manager. Handle repossession coordination in cases of severe default (as per company policy).
