The organization is actively involved in initiatives that promote gender equality and community development. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role located in Kottayam. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial transactions, prepare financial reports, maintain records, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Key tasks will include budget management, preparation of financial statements, and assisting with audits. Collaboration with different departments to support the organization’s financial operations will also be required. Qualifications Proficiency in Accounting practices, Financial Analysis, and Bookkeeping Experience in preparing Financial Statements, Budgeting, and Auditing Strong knowledge of Tax Compliance and Financial Regulations Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Prior experience in non-profit financial management is an advantage Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
