We are looking for a sharp-eyed, process-driven Engineer to help us uphold the highest standards across our production sites. This candidate will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of quality assurance processes. Responsibilities Liaise with the factory Quality Team on PSI frequency and conduct pre-shipment inspections, assuring products meet agreed AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) Perform inspections based on approved reference samples and technical files. Report on inspection and audit findings, including any non-conformances and corrective actions taken. Work with factory QA teams to develop and implement quality control plans and procedures. Conduct production follow-ups to ensure timelines are met and update status in team meetings. Continually review specifications and product quality to stay aligned with market standards and best practices. This role requires extensive travel to factory locations and production sites, approximately 50–70% of the time, Qualifications 2+ years' of industry experience Bachelor's Engineering degree or equivalent.
