Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Jira Admin SME to design, configure, manage, and support Atlassian tools, primarily Jira Service Management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in customizing Jira workflows, fields, dashboards, reports, and Jira automations They will also provide technical assistance and training and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize Jira setups and workflows This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams Requirement Gathering and Optimization : Assist in gathering requirements for business processes and determine ways to optimize Jira setups and workflows Design and Implementation Must Skills Jira Service Management : Design, configure, manage, and support Jira Service Management Create and support custom Jira workflows, fields, dashboards, and reports Develop complex Jira workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes Coordinate with the primary Jira Administrator to plan, schedule, implement changes
