The role involves managing sales inquiries, client communication, material coordination, and basic office operations. You’ll work closely with clients, vendors, and our internal team to ensure smooth trading and timely deliveries. --- Key Responsibilities: Handle client calls and explain product details (beams, channels, pipes, plates, etc.) Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and invoices. Coordinate with suppliers and transporters for material dispatch. Maintain stock records and update data in Excel or Tally. Assist in day-to-day office work and site-related coordination.
