Role & responsibilities CNC Machine Operation & Setting Set up and operate CNC turning/lathe machines as per job requirements Select appropriate tools and set tool offsets for efficient machining Programming (Fanuc Controller) Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs using Fanuc controls Make real-time programming adjustments based on job complexity Threading Operations Carry out API threading and premium connection threading for OCTG components Ensure threads are within dimensional and geometric tolerances Shift Production Support Ensure smooth production during the shift with minimal downtime Coordinate with supervisors and the production team for job scheduling and priorities Preferred candidate profile ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant technical trade 3 to 10 years of hands-on experience in CNC Turning / CNC Lathe Must have experience in API and Premium connection threading Strong knowledge of Fanuc control system and CNC programming Experience in oil & gas / OCTG manufacturing is highly preferred Ability to independently set up and operate machines as per job requirement Willing to work in rotational shifts Should be punctual, disciplined, and follow shop floor safety norms
