Title: Machine Learning / AI Developer About the Role We are looking for a passionate and adaptive Machine Learning / AI Developer who can quickly learn and apply cuttingedge AI tools and frameworks. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts and handson coding ability, who thrives on experimentation and rapid prototyping. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Transformers. Work with TPUs and GPUs for accelerated ML training and inference. Preprocess, clean, and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets, including vector database integration. Collaborate with backend and frontend engineers to integrate ML models into scalable applications. Keep up to date with the latest advancements in ML architectures and deployment methods. Perform model evaluation, hyperparameter tuning, and performance benchmarking. Implement best practices in model reproducibility, version control, and documentation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). Strong programming skills in Python, with exposure to Node.js a plus. Understanding of ML models including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning approaches. Knowledge of Transformers and NLP models is highly desirable. Familiarity with database concepts, including vector search. Good grasp of data pipelines, preprocessing techniques, and cloudbased ML deployment. Soft Skills & Attributes Fast learner with ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
