Job Title: Enterprise Sales Champion – IT/ITES Solutions Location: Delhi/NCR, India Industry: Information Technology / IT Infrastructure Experience Required: 8-10 Years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned and highly motivated Senior Enterprise/Corporate Sales Manager with a strong background in IT infrastructure solutions sales, including servers, storage, hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI), data backup, and software licensing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, building long-term customer relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets in a B2B environment. Key Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end sales activities for IT infrastructure products and solutions: servers, storage, HCI, backup solutions, security solutions and software licenses (OEMs such as Microsoft, VMware, Veeam, etc.). Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive networking, cold calling, and market intelligence. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including proposal development, negotiations, and contract finalization. Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, channel partners, and key stakeholders in enterprise and mid-market accounts. Collaborate with the technical pre-sales and solution architecture teams to deliver customized solutions to clients. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape. Maintain accurate sales forecasting and reporting using CRM tools. Key Requirements: 4-5 years of successful Enterprise/Corporate sales experience in the IT/ITES, preferably in a mid-size System Integrator with strong end-customer relationships and OEM connects. In-depth understanding of enterprise servers, storage systems (SAN/NAS), HCI platforms, and data backup/DR solutions. Strong familiarity with software licensing models (Microsoft, Red Hat, VMware, etc.). Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and multi-product solution selling. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong customer focus and ability to develop long-term client relationships. Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. MBA is a plus.
