(1) Assist to plant Manager for all plant activity. (2) Manage and oversee the overall operations of the plant (3) Lead Operations: Assist in planning and directing daily production, hitting output, quality, and delivery targets. (4) Manage Teams: Supervise, train, and develop production supervisors and plant personnel, fostering a strong culture of safety and efficiency. (5) Ensure Safety & Quality: Ensure for safety protocols and maintain stringent quality control for all pigment manufacturing processes. (6) Coordinate Maintenance: Work with maintenance to ensure optimal performance of plant equipment. (7) Coordinate closely with the Quality Control (QC) department to ensure product specifications are met. (8) Oversee and optimize the functions of the Packing and Store departments, ensuring efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of materials and finished pigments. (9) Maintain comprehensive plant and production records, ShiftWise production record. (10) To monitor and Handle reactors, dryers, filters etc. QUALIFCATION:-Bsc/Msc/BE-Chemcial CTC:- Min. 30k Month- But no bar for right & exprienced candidate Exprience :- Minimum 2Years (as a officer/Executive/ Assistant Manager level) - Pigment manufcaturing unit exprience will added advantage Local candidate only.
