Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food Technologist located in Tamil Nadu, India. The Food Technologist will be responsible for conducting sensory evaluations, performing quality control checks, and ensuring high standards in food manufacturing processes. Daily tasks will also include research and development (R&D) for new product formulations including both food and liquor categories overseeing laboratory experiments, and contributing to process improvements. The role involves maintaining strict adherence to regulatory and safety guidelines while innovating within the realm of food technology and liquor-based product development. Qualifications Expertise in both food and liquor understanding fermentation, flavor development, product stability, and regulatory compliance across categories Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field 4+ years of experience in plant-based, health-oriented, or liquor-based product development is an advantage Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
