The ideal candidate should have experience in detailing rebar for concrete structures, interpreting structural and architectural drawings, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.The candidate should have experience working with Rebar Revit, or Allplan to create detailed 3D models of rebar reinforcement for concrete structures. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed rebar shop drawings and bar bending schedules (BBS) . Interpret structural and architectural drawings to create accurate reinforcement details. Ensure compliance with industry codes and standards (ACI, BS, ASTM, etc.). Coordinate with structural engineers, project managers, and contractors. Identify and resolve detailing issues to optimize constructability. Use AutoCAD, RebarCAD, ASA, or similar detailing software for rebar detailing. Prepare material take-offs and quantity estimation for procurement. Collaborate with the site team to address RFIs and resolve field-related issues. Ensure adherence to project deadlines and quality standards. Develop 3D rebar models for structural elements using BIM software. Generate shop drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and clash detection reports . Extract rebar quantities and assist in project cost estimation. Work closely with structural engineers, contractors, and other BIM teams. Ensure adherence to project specifications, codes, and industry standards. Perform clash detection and resolve constructability issues. Collaborate with the site team to provide coordination support and resolve issues. Maintain and manage BIM data and documentation for projects. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
