As a Jewelry Artist located in Surat, you will be responsible for designing and crafting unique jewelry pieces. Your daily tasks will include sketching designs, selecting materials, creating prototypes, setting stones, and finalizing products. Collaboration with the design team, meeting client requirements, and maintaining a high standard of quality and precision in all pieces are essential aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Strong sketching ability with hand-drawn designs featuring accurate proportions - Creativity in conceptualizing unique Hip Hop jewelry styles such as chains, pendants, grills, rings, and bracelets - Knowledge of aesthetics, motifs, and cultural elements relevant to Hip Hop fashion - Ability to visualize designs in 2D and imagine them in 3D - Understanding of metal types (gold, silver, platinum) and finishes - Knowledge of various stone settings (pav, prong, bezel, channel, etc.) - Awareness of weight balance, durability, and feasibility in manufacturing - Familiarity with jewelry proportions, measurements, and detailing - Ability to study global jewelry trends, especially within the Hip Hop culture - Market awareness to design for current customer demands - Innovative mindset for creating fresh and original collections - Collaboration with CAD designers, merchandisers, and production teams - Good communication skills for presenting design concepts - Flexibility to adapt designs based on client or market requirements - Eye for detail and accuracy in sketching - Strong sense of time management and meeting deadlines - Creativity balanced with practicality for manufacturing feasibility - Passion for Hip Hop fashion and jewelry culture Qualifications: - Proficiency in Jewelry Design, Sketching, and Prototyping - Experience in Stone Setting and Material Selection - Attention to Detail and Craftsmanship - Collaboration and Communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Prior experience in the jewelry industry is a plus - Relevant certifications or degrees in Jewelry Design, Gemology, or related field are advantageous As a Jewelry Artist located in Surat, you will be responsible for designing and crafting unique jewelry pieces.
