Jewellers Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our jewellery showroom team. The role involves assisting customers in selecting jewellery, providing product knowledge, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets while maintaining showroom standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer requirements and guide them in selecting suitable jewellery.
• Explain product details, purity, pricing, and offers clearly.
• Maintain knowledge of current jewellery trends, collections, and designs.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Handle billing, documentation, and ensure accurate transactions.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, stock display, and product arrangement.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
• Coordinate with the store manager for stock replenishment and daily reporting.
• Follow company policies on sales, returns, and exchanges.

• Full-time, showroom-based role.
