Role & responsibilities The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales for plotting projects by managing leads, conducting site visits, handling channel partners, and closing deals. The role requires strong knowledge of land documentation, layout understanding, and customer handling in the plotting segment. 1. Sales & Business Development Achieve monthly booking and revenue targets. Manage incoming leads, conduct follow-ups, and convert them into site visits and closures. Present the project layout, location advantages, pricing, and future development during site visits. 2. Customer Handling Understand customer needs (investment, second home, etc.). Handle objections related to pricing, location, documents, and market comparison. Maintain professional communication and ensure a smooth customer experience. 3. Channel Partner Management Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners. Conduct CP meetings, provide project training, and support in closures. Handle clash cases professionally as per company policies. 4. Documentation & Compliance Basic understanding of RERA approvals, NA orders, 7/12 extracts, layout plans, and sale agreement processes. Guide customers through booking, token payment, and registration steps. 5. Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with marketing, pre-sales, CRM, and site teams for lead flow and closures. Prepare daily sales reports (DSR), pipeline updates, and target progress. Ensure site readiness and smooth client visit experience. Preferred candidate profile Strong communication & negotiation skills. Excellent closing ability. In-depth understanding of plotting/land sales. Customer-centric approach with professional etiquette. Proficiency in CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, Excel, and digital communication. Target-driven and self-motivated. Eligibility Minimum 3 years of experience in plotting/land sales. Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
