Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personality Development Trainer, located in Vadodara. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging personality development training programs, conducting research to enhance training methodologies, and developing written materials to support training objectives. Additionally, the role involves guiding participants in building confidence, improving communication skills, and fostering professional behavior. Collaborating with other trainers and leveraging social media for promoting programs might also be expected. Qualifications Expertise in Personality Development and Training, with the ability to conduct engaging and impactful sessions Skills in Research and Writing to create effective training materials and resources Familiarity with Social Media for promoting training programs and participant engagement Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, or a related field is preferred Relevant experience in coaching, training, or teaching roles is advantageous
