Location : Mohali (Onsite) Experience Range : 2–6 Years CTC : ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 (depending on experience) About Company: We're an IT company based out of Mohali with 14 years of experience in providing the Website Designing & Development Services Internationally & in domestic market. We're looking to hire a mid-to-senior level HR Executive to assist us with several things primarily IT recruitment, Induction, attendance/payroll, employee engagement activities etc. It's alright - if you don't have experience with all the above mentioned things, but "Recruitment" is a MUST to have. Requirements: Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Candidate should know the common IT job profiles and required skill sets (e.g., developers, designers, project managers, QA, etc.). Candidate should be able to draft the job descriptions (based on past experience, not simply ChatGPT) - we can help finalizing it. Candidate should be able to conduct basic technical screening to assess candidate's suitability beyond just experience/salary. Should be result driven.
