Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) professional located in Nagpur. The QA/QC professional will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and quality control processes, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and conducting quality audits. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring construction processes, implementing quality management systems, and coordinating with construction teams to enhance quality standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance Experience in Quality Management and understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Quality Auditing skills with attention to detail and compliance Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus Certification in Quality Management or related field is beneficial
