About the RoleWe are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of marketing campaigns for our portfolio of IT services, with a strong focus on Google Workspace & Microsoft365 . This role is critical in driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and positioning our company as the go-to expert for modern workplace productivity and IT solutions. 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive annual and quarterly marketing plan focused on Google Workspace and other IT services (e.g., Cloud solutions, Managed IT). Content Creation: Lead the creation of compelling, high-quality content, including case studies, white papers, blog posts, webinars, solution briefs, and website copy that highlights the value and ROI of our services. Lead Generation: Design and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, email, social media) to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for the Sales team. Product Positioning: Define and refine the product messaging and positioning for all services, ensuring it clearly articulates our unique selling proposition and targets specific buyer personas (e.g., SMB owners, IT Directors). Sales Enablement: Create and maintain a library of sales tools, presentations, and collateral that help the Sales team effectively communicate our value proposition. Digital Presence: Manage and optimize the services section of our website, landing pages, and social media channels to improve conversions and brand visibility. Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key marketing KPIs (e.g., MQLs, conversion rates, cost per lead) using tools like Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Sales and Technical teams to ensure message consistency and gather market feedback for future service development. ✅ Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). [X] years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the IT Services, SaaS, or Cloud industry. Proven expertise in marketing a technology product or service, such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or a similar cloud collaboration suite. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid advertising, and email marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a portfolio of B2B content (e.g., blog posts, case studies). Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Marketing Automation Platforms. A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate marketing performance into actionable business recommendations. 🌟 Preferred QualificationsExperience working for a Google Partner or similar technology reseller/managed service provider (MSP). Familiarity with the Google Workspace ecosystem (Gmail, Drive, Meet, Docs, etc.) and the value they offer to businesses. Experience in organizing and promoting virtual or in-person events/webinars.
