Roles and Responsibilities:

• Subject Expertise:
• Deliver in-depth and concept-oriented classes for Chemistry (Physical, Organic, and Inorganic) tailored to JEE (Main & Advanced) and NEET requirements.
• Teach both Class XI & XII students aligned with NCERT + Competitive Exam Syllabus.
• Lesson Planning:
• Design topic-wise lesson plans, PPTs, and mind maps based on NCERT and competitive syllabus.
• Integrate problem-solving, past paper discussion, and trick-based learning into regular sessions.
• Assessments & Analysis:
• Prepare and evaluate weekly unit tests, mock tests, and other assessments.
• Provide performance analysis and personalized feedback to students and parents.
• Student Mentoring:
• Guide students with study strategies, time management, and exam temperament.
• Identify weak areas and ensure targeted improvement.
• Academic Collaboration:
• Coordinate with Physics, Biology, and Mathematics faculties for integrated NEET/IIT batches.
• Participate in departmental meetings and training programs.
• Parental Interaction:
• Participate in PTMs, give academic updates and address student-specific concerns.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification:
• M.Sc. in Chemistry (Physical/Organic/Inorganic) from a reputed university.
• B.Ed. is desirable but not mandatory.
• Experience:
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in teaching JEE/NEET Chemistry in reputed coaching institutes or schools.
• Skills Required:
• Strong command over NCERT + advanced syllabus.
• Proven track record of producing top scorers in JEE/NEET.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
• Tech-savvy with experience in using smart boards, PPTs, and online learning tools.
• Immediate Joiners preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
