Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Worli for a Human Resources Business Partner. The HR Business Partner will lead and manage key HR functions including policy development, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities include guiding performance management initiatives, fostering positive employee relations, and collaborating with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Qualifications Expertise in HR Policies and general Human Resources (HR) practices Strong experience in Employee Relations and Performance Management Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field Relevant experience in the beauty or service industry is a plus
