Job Description

Role Overview: As the Finance Lead for L2 & L3 support within JDE scope at Capgemini, you will provide hands-on support across all JDE financial modules. You will apply strong technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues, and collaborate with business teams to ensure smooth financial operations. Additionally, you will work in the area of Software Engineering, focusing on the development, maintenance, and optimization of software solutions/applications. Key Responsibilities: - Lead L2/L3 support for JDE Finance modules - Provide hands-on technical expertise - Ensure smooth financial operations - Analyze and solve software engineering problems using scientific methods - Develop and apply software engineering practice and knowledge - Exercise original thought and judgment in software engineering tasks - Supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers - Build skills and expertise in software engineering discipline - Collaborate with other software engineers and stakeholders as a team player Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering - Proven experience in leading L2/L3 support for JDE Finance modules - Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and resolving software issues - Solid understanding of financial operations - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently Company Details: Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner with a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
