JDA WMS QA

Role Overview: You will be responsible for testing Blue Yonder (BY) Warehouse Management systems (WMS) in the Supply Chain domain. Your role will involve advanced API testing using tools like POSTMAN/SoapUI, writing test plans and test cases, performing end-to-end testing across multiple systems, managing defects, identifying test data, and working with enterprise applications. Additionally, you will need to have exposure to databases like MongoDB and SQL, test management tools like Jira, Confluence, Test Rails, and automation testing tools like Selenium, cucumber, or cypress. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate strong knowledge and expertise in testing Blue Yonder (BY) Warehouse Management systems (WMS) in the Supply Chain domain. - Utilize advanced API testing skills using tools like POSTMAN/SoapUI. - Perform end-to-end testing across multiple Upstream-Downstream systems. - Write test plans, test cases, and conduct test case reviews. - Manage defects and identify test data efficiently. - Work with enterprise applications and databases such as MongoDB and SQL. - Familiarity with test management tools like Jira, Confluence, Test Rails. - Experience in automation testing, preferably using tools like Selenium, cucumber, or cypress. - Collaborate with the Test lead to develop QA strategies and implement them. - Participate actively in Defect Triage meetings and work closely with multiple vendors and Development Teams. - Provide recommendations for improvements in best practices, design, testability, quality, and test reports. Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of experience working as a QA Engineer in large complex Programs. - Strong foundation in QA with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
