Role & responsibilities Housekeeping: He/She is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within guest rooms and common areas, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests Service team: The Service Crew is responsible for presenting menus to patrons. He/She takes orders and answers questions on meal items. He/She makes recommendations and serves food/beverages to customers. He/She prepares the bill that itemizes total meal costs and sales taxes. Captain: Taking customer orders and serving food and beverages Ensuring tables are set and properly prepared for guests Bar team A bar team is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a bar, leading and motivating the bar staff, and ensuring a high standard of customer service and safety Preferred candidate profile We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated candidates to join our Housekeeping, Service Team, Captain, and Bar Team roles in the Hotel Industry (F&B division) at Puducherry.
