Job Title: Sales Executive / Fashion Consultant Location: Kalaghoda, Fort, Mumbai Work Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate / Fashion Stylist to join our team at Jaywalking. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and have a strong ability to connect with clients to deliver exceptional shopping experiences. Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Service • Greet customers warmly and provide personalized styling advice to meet their needs. • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat visits and loyalty. • Assist with product inquiries, suggestions, and styling recommendations. 2. Sales • Drive sales by creating a seamless shopping experience and meeting individual and store sales targets. • Cross-sell and up-sell products to maximize revenue. 3. Store Operations • Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing. • Handle inventory restocking, pricing, and tagging of merchandise. • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for billing and payments. 4. Fashion Expertise • Stay updated on current fashion trends and brand offerings. • Provide styling tips and outfit suggestions to customers. 5. Team Collaboration • Work closely with the team to achieve collective sales goals and deliver outstanding service. • Participate in training sessions and team meetings. Requirements • Proven experience as a Sales Associate, Fashion Stylist, or similar role (preferably in the fashion industry). • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Passion for fashion and staying updated on industry trends. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. • Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems. • Minimum 1 year of retail store experience is required.
