Duties & Responsibilities: Create concepts 3D models & assemblies in SolidWorks. Create/prepare/review 2D and 3D CAD model of individual/assembly. Understand the objectives, responsibilities, and mission of the Research & Development department and works towards those goals. Follow & maintain documentation of assigned projects as necessary. Create manufacturing drawings with proper application of GD&T and Tolerance stack up, as applicable. Deliver design solutions to meet customer requirements and verify that specifications for product systems, subsystems, interfaces and components meet customer requirements and maintain traceability throughout the development process. Collaborate with all relevant departments in the company to facilitate and implement new designs, engineering changes. Acknowledge and participate in research programs, quality assurance, and quality improvement projects carried on in the company. Demonstrates a smart & systematic approach for problem solving and work execution. Plan and manage workload effectively and efficiently. Perform other duties as assigned. Sales & Marketing Collaboration : Assist in developing and executing targeted sales and marketing strategies, particularly during new product launches, to increase market presence and drive product adoption. Surgeon Outreach: Identify and engage with potential surgeons to introduce endoscopic products, successfully expanding the client base and increasing market reach. Surgical Support: Provide essential assistance to surgeons during procedures, ensuring optimal product performance and high-quality service delivery. Feedback Mechanism: Regularly collect and analyze feedback from surgeons regarding product performance, communicating valuable insights to the product development team for continuous improvement.
