Key Responsibilities: Conduct research and development projects to improve and innovate our chemical processes. Operate and maintain Gas Chromatography (GC) machines for analytical testing. Develop detailed production plans and effectively communicate these to plant operators. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Document and report research findings and production outcomes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or related field. Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience. Proficiency in using Gas Chromatography (GC) machines. 1. To sample the incoming raw materials and packing materials 2. To conduct analysis and testing of RM/PM/FG and intermediates with the help of analytical instruments and techniques. 3. To calibrate/verifies analytical instruments and balances 4. To trouble shoot analytical instruments 5. Preparation and standardization of volumetric solutions 6. Preparation and maintenance of records for stock/reagents 7. Analysis of samples for qualitative and quantitative test parameters as per specification. 8. To maintain record of analysis and supporting logbooks as per GLP. 9. To have working experience in shift for supporting production activities by analysis of in-process samples. 10.
