Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a QA/QC Manager located in Khalapur. The QA/QC Manager will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance and quality control processes, ensuring that all products meet specified standards of quality. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing quality management systems, conducting inspections, managing quality documentation, and collaborating with other departments to resolve quality-related issues. This role also involves training staff on quality standards and continuously improving quality processes. Qualifications Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control Skills in developing and implementing quality management systems Proficiency in conducting inspections and managing quality documentation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to train staff on quality standards Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
