Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant to support our finance department. The ideal candidate will assist with daily accounting tasks, maintain financial records, process transactions, and ensure the accuracy of financial documentation. Key Responsibilities: Assist in day-to-day accounting operations. Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions. Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers. Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts. Support in month-end and year-end closing processes. Assist with payroll preparation and processing. Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records. Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments on financial matters. Assist the senior accountant or finance manager with audits and financial reports. Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 1–2 years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred. Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
