R&D and Product Development Develop new formulations for textile auxiliaries (scouring agents, wetting agents, dispersing/sequestering agents, leveling agents, printing gums, softeners, silicone emulsions, finishing chemicals, etc.). Improve existing products for better performance and cost-effectiveness. Work on eco-friendly, APEO-free, and sustainable formulations. Quality Control & Assurance Test raw materials and finished products (viscosity, pH, stability, compatibility, performance on fabric). Ensure batch-to-batch consistency and maintain quality standards (ISO, ZDHC, OEKO-TEX compliance). Troubleshoot production or customer complaints. Application & Technical Support Conduct lab trials for dyeing, printing, and finishing processes. Compare performance with competitor products and prepare technical reports. Provide standard application recipes and support customers in trials. Production & Scale-up Guide production team on manufacturing processes, mixing sequences, and safety. Support in process optimization, cost reduction, and productivity improvement. Ensure correct documentation of formulations, MSDS, COA, and batch records. Customer & Market Support Provide technical support to customers and sales team. Collect feedback and identify opportunities for new product development. --- Qualifications B.Sc. / M.Sc.
