Job Details: Jewelry Counter Female Sales Staff Post Job Responsibilities: *Greet and direct customers to the right jewellery section as required. *Provide accurate information to customers. *Stay up-to-date with new products designs and new trends in market. *Answer Customers questions about specific products and services. *Handle the all level customers independently and to clear their doubts. *Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing. *Taking care of customers by organising chairs and refreshments. *Liaise with store manager for discounts and other offer provided by the company. *Able to communicate effectively with regular and new customers. *Coordinate with required internal teams. *Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
