Key Responsibilities (KRAs): 1. Research & Content Development Conduct in-depth research on topics related to: Indian traditional knowledge (Ayurveda, Yoga, Classical Arts, Vedas, Vedangas) Historical events and figures Spiritual and philosophical concepts from Indian texts Festivals, rituals, and regional practices Validate content with references from authentic sources (scriptures, academic papers, interviews, etc.) Summarize findings into simplified narratives and visual scripts. 2. Scriptwriting & Storyboarding Create engaging YouTube video scripts for explanatory content (3–10 mins). Write concise yet impactful blog articles and social media posts based on your research. Develop episode outlines and question sets for podcast interviews and talk shows. 3. Collaboration & Ideation Work with video editors, designers, and spiritual mentors to translate ideas into consumable content. Suggest topics and formats that resonate with a younger, digital-first audience. Adapt tone for different formats: conversational for videos, educational for blogs, inspirational for social. Required Skills & Qualifications A degree in History, Philosophy, Indology, Anthropology, Sanskrit, or related humanities/social sciences. Proven content writing or research work (portfolio/blog/publications preferred). Strong written English and Hindi (both languages are a bonus). Familiarity with Indian scriptures, culture, rituals, and storytelling traditions. Ability to simplify complex traditional ideas for a modern audience. Knowledge of Sanskrit texts or ability to read Devanagari.
