Role & responsibilities: Need to coordinate with clients and principles. Pre sales technical support to sales team Need to maintain cordial relationship with customer / clients. Need to support after sales services. Doing work related to installation of systems Addressing any problems relating to systems. Resolve their queries relating to product Need to carry out paper work / documentation. Provide them with trouble shooting. Support Sales team and update them as and when necessary about the client. Maintain up-to-date customer information Preferred candidate profile Excellent Communication.
