Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor in Civil Engineering. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering lectures, conducting research, mentoring students, preparing course materials, and participating in academic committees and faculty meetings. The Assistant Professor will also be expected to stay updated with advancements in the field, contribute to curriculum development, and engage in professional development activities. This role is located in Coimbatore. Qualifications Expertise in Civil Engineering subjects and ability to deliver impactful lectures Research skills for conducting studies and publishing papers in reputable journals Mentoring skills to guide and support students academically and professionally Experience in curriculum development and updating course materials Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with faculty and students Ph.D. in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred Prior teaching experience in higher education institutions is an advantage Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with industry advancements
