Java Tech Lead

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and delivery of scalable backend solutions using Java 1.8 or above and Spring Boot framework. Design and develop robust RESTful APIs and microservices aligned with enterprise architecture standards. Architect and implement systems using relational databases like Oracle or MySQL, and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra. Apply design patterns effectively to ensure modularity, performance, and maintainability of applications. Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis, solution design, and project delivery. Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to junior developers. Drive continuous improvement, automation, and adherence to best coding practices. Manage and resolve technical challenges while ensuring timely delivery of solutions. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical. Required Skills & Experience: Strong programming expertise in Java 1.8 or higher with in-depth knowledge of Spring Boot. Solid experience in both relational databases (Oracle, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra). Proficiency in designing scalable and maintainable systems using object-oriented design principles and design patterns. Hands-on experience with any of the cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure. Excellent leadership and communication skills with experience in leading teams and delivering technical inputs. Good problem-solving skills and ability to architect performant systems in distributed environments.
