Must-Have Skills: Programming Languages: Java, Python, JavaScript Software Development: Experience with software design, development, testing, and performance optimization Frontend Development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Angular, Bootstrap preferred) Backend Development: Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, SOA, and Microservices Cloud Technologies: Experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure Software Build Tools: Maven or Gradle Version Control: SVN/Git, GitHub Agile Development: Experience with Scrum, XP, or Agile methodologies Relational Databases: SQL Server, MySQL Automated Testing Tools: JUnit, Selenium, LoadRunner, SoapUI Good-to-Have Skills: Cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure) CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code practices Knowledge of Atlassian tooling (JIRA, Confluence, GitHub) Experience working with modern JDK (v1. 17+) Familiarity with serverless computing and modern software development practices Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain technical capabilities and products to meet business needs Design, develop, and implement software solutions, considering security, scalability, and operational excellence Perform application development tasks , including unit testing, debugging, and deployment Analyze and resolve performance issues , ensuring system reliability Collaborate in Agile teams , contributing to sprint deliverables and technology roadmaps Document code and processes for easy collaboration within the development team Participate in architectural discussions to turn business requirements into technical solutions Monitor and troubleshoot system issues , ensuring minimal disruption to operations
