Java + Spring boot Senior Developer

Job Description: As a Java Developer at Infosys, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining RESTful services using Spring Boot, participating in microservices design and implementation, writing unit and integration tests to ensure code quality, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features, working on performance tuning and optimization of applications, and following coding standards while contributing to code reviews. You should have a strong proficiency in Java 8, a solid understanding of Spring Boot and Spring Cloud components, experience with microservices architecture including service discovery, load balancing, and API gateway, knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker, familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI, an understanding of databases including SQL and NoSQL, and a good grasp of version control systems like Git.
