Java / Python Developer

As a Level 3 or 4 engineer proficient in Java and/or Python, you will be expected to excel in designing scalable architectures and maintaining existing code bases. You should have relevant proven experience in large-scale software development. Key skills required for this role include familiarity with Spring Boot (Java), Flask or Django (Python), FastAPI, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, and MySQL. Strong Linux skills are essential, along with experience using Ansible for configuration management and Git/Github for version control. In this role, you will need experience working with web services like REST and SOAP, as well as familiarity with database management using MySql or Mongo DB. A strong understanding of CI/CD using Concourse and/or Jenkins is crucial. Additionally, knowledge in ML systems, the ability to implement appropriate ML algorithms, and train the system are important requirements. Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. While not mandatory, knowledge in AWS, Azure, or GCP is considered a nice-to-have for this position.,
