Job Description

We are looking for a Java Production Support Engineer with strong experience in handling live production systems, incident management, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, APIs, and production environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L2/L3 production support for Java-based applications

  • Handle production incidents, bug fixes, and application issues

  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement fixes

  • Monitor applications and systems using tools (Splunk, Kibana, etc.)

  • Work on deployment support and release activities

  • Collaborate with development teams for permanent fixes

  • Ensure application stability, performance, and uptime


Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Java / J2EE

  • Hands-on experience in Spring Boot / Microservices

  • Good knowledge of REST APIs

  • Experience in production support / incident management

  • Understanding of SQL / databases (Oracle, MySQL, etc.)

  • Exposure to Unix/Linux commands

  • Familiarity with log monitoring tools (Splunk / Kibana / Dynatrace)
