Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a aws Production Support Engineer with strong experience in handling live production systems, incident management, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with aws ,Java, Spring Boot, APIs, and production environments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 production support for aws-based applications
Handle production incidents, bug fixes, and application issues
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement fixes
Monitor applications and systems using tools (Splunk, Kibana, etc.)
Work on deployment support and release activities
Collaborate with development teams for permanent fixes
Ensure application stability, performance, and uptime
