Java ORMB Developer-AVP

The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participating in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Your main objective in this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and customizing ORMB applications based on business requirements. You should have a strong knowledge of ORMB modules such as Rebates module and experience in customizing ORMB applications using Java, SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle tools. It will be essential to collaborate with business analysts to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Additionally, you will need to implement and maintain integrations with other systems using ORMB middleware and APIs, perform unit testing and troubleshoot applications to ensure smooth operations and identify potential issues, provide support and maintenance for existing ORMB applications and configurations, participate in code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Having an Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification in ORMB is a plus. Qualifications required for this role include having 8+ years of relevant experience, experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications, experience in managing and implementing successful projects, working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods, and the ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements. Education needed for this position is a Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
