Java, Microservices with Core Banking Senior Lead

As a Java Developer at Oracle, you will utilize your programming skills to write custom code around the OBPM extensible framework. Your technical and functional understanding of the OBPM product will allow you to grasp specific business requirements, create high-level designs, and collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality solutions. You will also be responsible for integrating OBPM applications with various partner applications by developing integration code in different programming languages. Experience in MT to ISO transformation and ACH migration to ISO will be considered an advantage in this role. Your ability to document and demonstrate solutions through the development of documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, code comments, and clear code will be crucial. Furthermore, you will provide support in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues arising from internal or external systems. Nurturing new recruits within the team to enhance their knowledge in OBPM technical and functional areas will be part of your responsibilities. You will ensure adherence to best practices throughout the software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations. Collaborating with internal stakeholders in Oracle to ensure effective project execution, monitoring, and compliance within Oracle processes and standards will be essential. Additionally, you will lead a large team of developers with the above skill set. Your willingness to relocate to the work location of Oracle implementation projects as required is expected in this role. To qualify for this position, you should possess effective communication skills to engage with customer executives, internal cross-functional teams, and partners. A B.E./B. Tech degree or higher is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience would be suitable. As an IC4 level professional, you will play a critical role in analyzing business needs to ensure Oracle solutions align with customer objectives. You will leverage industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and complex aspects of applications and technology installations. Your expertise will be pivotal in providing direction and mentoring to project teams, influencing customer leadership decisions, and supporting business development efforts.
