Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Java Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), along with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of Java developers.
Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful APIs.
Drive best practices for code quality, security, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and cross-functional teams to align technical requirements.
Ensure smooth CI/CD processes using GitHub Actions or similar tools.
Work with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for scalable deployments.
Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making
