Job Description

Description We are seeking a highly skilled Java Lead with 7-12 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development of innovative Java applications and guiding a team of developers. This role requires a deep understanding of Java technologies and a passion for delivering high-quality software. Responsibilities Lead the design and architecture of Java-based applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure code quality through code reviews and unit testing. Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and coding standards. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to project planning and estimation. Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and bugs in applications. Continuously explore, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in Java development with strong knowledge of Java 8 or higher. Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or Java EE. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns. Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks is a plus. Knowledge of database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle. Experience with version control systems like Git. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
