Cultural sensitive DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION: (HIGHLIGHT CRITICAL ACTIVITIES) To extract Projects/Leads/Tenders(MQLs) from various online sources based on strategic briefs received from business teams To upload extracted Leads, Tenders and MQLs into Zoho CRM and assign it to outbound lead generators To screen (receive and make call) incoming inquiries via phone/whatsapp/email as soon as possible and Nurture it by sharing technical/commercial information. Transferring the leads to sales once it is ascertained that it is an established opportunity. KEY RESULT AREAS Projects extraction SQL generation Leads closures KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS CORRESPONDING TO KRAs Project Extracted (for outbound inside sales reps) a.
