– Roles & Responsibilities (College Syllabus Provided)For 3-Month College Training & Project Execution

Training Delivery (Based on College-Provided Syllabus)

• Deliver high-quality training sessions strictly following the syllabus shared by the college.

Instruction & Teaching Methodology

• Use interactive teaching methods, live coding, real-world examples, and practical demonstrations.
• Ensure students understand key concepts in:
• Core Java
• OOPs
• Data Structures
• Backend Frameworks (Spring/Spring Boot)
• Front-end technologies (as per syllabus)
• Database management
• Adapt the teaching pace based on student understanding and college guidelines.

Hands-On Coding & Practical Training

• Conduct daily hands-on coding labs, exercises, small tasks, and practice sessions.
• Provide additional examples and scenarios that help students apply the syllabus content practically.
• Assist students in writing clean, efficient, and industry-standard code.

Project Guidance & Execution

• Guide students through the entire 3-month project-development journey, including:
• Understanding project requirements
• System & database design
• Backend logic implementation
• Frontend development (if applicable)
• API integration
• Testing & debugging
• Ensure the final project is technically sound, functional, and presentation-ready.
• Help teams or individuals in preparing documentation, reports, and project demonstrations.

Student Assessment & Feedback

• Conduct tests, quizzes, assignments, and coding evaluations based on the college’s syllabus.
• Review student submissions and project milestones.
• Provide constructive, personalized feedback and improvement plans.
• Maintain transparency and timely reporting of student performance to the college coordinator.

Mentorship & Student Support

• Address daily doubts, coding errors, and conceptual challenges.
• Create a positive, motivating, and supportive learning environment.
• Encourage teamwork, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills among students.

Professionalism & Coordination

• Coordinate with college faculty/department for scheduling, attendance, and assessments.
• Follow all academic norms and expectations set by the institution.
• Maintain punctuality, professional behavior, and high teaching standards throughout the program.

Continuous Improvement

• Keep yourself updated with new Java, Full-Stack, and industry developments.
• Add value to the existing syllabus with real-world insights, best practices, and industry perspectives (without altering the syllabus).
• Ensure students become career-ready, confident, and capable of working on real projects.
• Break down complex topics into easy, understandable modules suitable for students with mixed learning levels.
• Conduct lectures, tutorials, coding demonstrations, and doubt-solving sessions aligned with the curriculum.
